Our Drinks

The drinks were created from an authentic combination of ingredients, providing a unique experience for anyone who tastes them. Other recipes were adapted from famous drinks, but with the special addition of the original Canana and Brazilian flavour.

In Vino Veritas

  • 1,01oz of Bacardi Oro
  • 0,5oz of Cachaça Leblon
  • 0,5oz of Cacau Liquor with pineapple
  • 3 dashes of Orange bitter.
Açai frozen

Ingredients

  • 3,5oz of Canana
  • 3,5oz of açaí
  • 1,01oz of lime juice.
Canana Sour

Ingredients

  • 3,5oz of Canana
  • 1,7oz of lime juice
  • 1,7oz of pineapple juice.
Coffee Break

Ingredients

  • 100gramme of coffee beans
  • Let them infusioned in Canana per 7 days
Cinnamon Dream

Ingredients

  • 100gramme of cinnamon sticks
  • Let them infusioned in Canana per 7 days

  • 1,7oz of Canana
  • 0,8oz of vodka
  • 1,7oz of passion fruitpineapple juice
  • 0,8oz of honey
Sylvius

Ingredients

  • 1,8oz of Canana
  • 0,8oz of gin
  • 1,8oz of infusion of hibiscos and jasmin flower
  • 2,5oz of sparkling water.

In order to make the infusion, boil 2,5oz of water with 4 spoons of hibiscos and 2 flowes of jasmin.

  • 0,8oz of vermouth rosso
  • 0,8oz of campari.

  • 1,01oz of limoncello
  • Egg White Emulsified
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1,7oz of lime juice.
Canana Spritz

Ingredients

  • 3oz of Canana
  • 2,6oz of Fizzy
  • 1 slice of lime
  • 1 slice of Orange.
Hawaiian Canana

Ingredients

  • 1,8oz of Canana
  • 1oz of Malibu
  • 0,5oz of lemmon juice
  • 3 leafs of mint.
Behata

  • 0,6oz of whisky
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 0,8oz of honey.

  • 2,36oz of Canana
  • 1,18 of ginger beer.

Garnished with edible flower and dehydrated fruit.

Sofisticada união de ingredientes

Ingredients

  • 0,33oz of Orange flower water
  • 1,18oz of lime juice and Sicilian lime juice.
  • 2,36oz of Canana
  • Tonic water
  • Ice

Drink made in the shaker with simple slam and leach, put ice in the glass and complete with tonic water, garnish with a slice of Sicilian lime, cinnamon stick and banana brule (put brown sugar and use the torch to burn it).

  • 5 drops of lime juice.

Garnished with sugar cane ¼ pineapple crown and basil leaves.

The classic bloody mary

  • 3,38oz of tomato juice.

Season with pepper, tabasco and English sauce.
